Sponsor spaces are available for tents up to 12' x 12' that will be located on the show lawn. To order more than one space, place separate orders. When you complete your order, CLICK ON the DOWNLOAD button to receive a printable ticket. The ticket gives you access to the field. Sponsor spaces are restricted to motorcycle-related businesses and show sponsors. This is not for Swap Meet vendors. You may reserve multiple sponsor spaces for a wide tent, or multiple tents ganged together. Staff will direct you to your space upon arrival. There is no power or water provided to vendor spaces. We look forward to seeing you at the swap meet. Vendors MUST be selling motorcycle parts, bikes, apparel, or represent a club, podcast, law firm or other motorcycle related enterprise. We do not have spaces for non-motorcycle related organizations.
Motocharities sponsors this event for the benefit of the Scotts Valley Kiwanis Club by donating a significant portion of the proceeds to the Kiwanis Club for their local charities. Motocharities will ONLY issue refunds for an act of nature that prevents the event from taking place. Please use a credit card for faster, easier refunds.
